A post WW1 Edwardian barograph in golden oak signed on the brass baseplate by Chas. Aronsberg, Liverpool & London. I would date this example at around 1920. The 5 piece lift off lid has bevelled glass all round with a decorative moulded oak frame. There is a deeper than average chart drawer to the base. The weekly clock movement is in good working order and the lacquered brass barograph mechanism is in excellent condition.
A quantity of recording charts are included (those shown are the attractive day/night shaded type), together with a fresh bottle of ink and a reprinted pamphlet describing operating instructions and how to interpret chart recordings.
