A lovely pair of instruments finished in polished Oak by respected Scottish retailers, Lizars. The barometer is signed by Lizars, Edinburgh and the barograph signed from their Belfast and Glasgow stores, both of a similar age - around 1950.
A selection of charts and a fresh bottle of recording ink will be included with the barograph as well as a reprinted 1930s pamplet by Negretti & Zambra detailing operating instructions and ways to interpret various chart records.
I would prefer to offer them as a unique pair offered together or would split by agreement.
The barometer is 195mm diameter overall. The barograph is 353mm wide x 220mm deep x 192mm high.
