This is a standard Met Office aneroid barometer Mark 2, made by F. Darton & Co. Ltd. of Watford, and dated 1966. See extract from Handbook of Meteorological Instruments. The dial is calibrated in millibars. There are a few minor dings to the brass bezel but this does not detract from the overall appearance of this working barometer. 138mm diameter x 57mm deep.
