This is a late 20th Century barograph in a polished mahogany case, with bevelled glass to the lift-off lid and a two-compartment chart drawer to the base. In excellent working condition. Unsigned, but bears all the hallmarks of manufactured by Casella of London for the retail market. There is a small blank presentation plaque in brass for fitting to the base of the movement - to be engraved for the fortunate recipient!
A quantity of weekly charts is included together with a fresh bottle of special blue recording ink and a reprinted 1930s pamphlet by Negretti & Zambra describing operating instructions and how to interpret typical chart recordings.
