A lovely display barograph set in a fully refurbished and repolished walnut case and in excellent working condition. The instrument, of typical form, is signed by Lizars, Aberdeen  and would have been manufactured circa mid-20th century, The lift-off lid has deep bevelled glass on all five sides with the lower two-compartment drawer with a brass knob. The barograph movement is finished in virtually unmarked golden lacquer.
