This is a synoptic style barometer by Negretti & Zambra, London, serial number 15121, circa 1930. The brass case has bevelled glass and the crisp dial shows the pressure range from 28 to 31 inches displaying the weather predictions from 'Stormy' to 'Very Dry'. The lower dial has a thermometer in Fahrenheit with a scale from 10'F to 130'F, I've searched through many Negretti & Zambra trade catalogues and not seen this one advertised.

A lovely collectors piece.
