This is a rare and quite unusual Art Deco aneroid wall barometer. Other than the word 'Meteoroid' and the weather predictions in English it is difficult to confirm the maker, although the quality of the movement would suggest Lufft of Germany and produced in the mid to late 1930s. The hand painted dial is beautifully finished and preserved. I have come across just two others in over 60 years and this dial is by far the best. The case is in a polished Oak.
