This is a nice collectable early 1920s barograph reputedly from a Scottish estate. The case in mahogany with deep bevelled glass lift-off lid, gold lacquer to the brass movement and glass ink bottler with glass stopper. There is a indistinguishable logo mark with the number 693 engraved on the lower crossbar - possibly an inventory number? The instrument has a stack of 8 diaphragms with a  60.4mm diameter (the average being around 52mm - 57mm diameter). To accommodate the additional height and width of the stack, the large and narrow crossbars are reversed and the two vertical support posts are slightly longer. Another unusual feature is the inclusion of a brass weight fitted to the vertical link down to the lower crossbar. This would have been installed to take up any hysteresis in the linkages from the diaphragm to the pen arm.  
All in good working condition and complete with a selection of weekly charts by prominent Scottish retailers, Lizars of Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Also included-  a fresh bottle of recording ink (red or blue) and a re-printed pamphlet describing operating instructions and interpretation of various chart recordings. An unused brass nameplate can also be included if required.
